As a graduate of the University of Virginia, Brandon hopes to spread the innovative youth development and education theories that Rise Together has successfully implemented locally to schools across the nation. Brandon’s interest in education started when he was in high school. Though there were many opportunities available to him and his peers, he soon realized that many were unable to take advantage of them due to the lack of guidance or because they were not traditional learners. Brandon hopes to use his Media and Politics degree and his marketing experience to bring Rise’s team mentoring model to public and private schools across the US so that every student is able to succeed and reach their full potential.
